During a recent snow storm, my 1999 Honda Accord became disabled on the way home. Recalling my past auto service experiences, I immediately thought of Superior Honda as the place to get it towed. When I placed the call, I talked to Carrie Moody in the Service Department. She was very courteous and professional and started a service ticket for me, knowing the Service Department might be closed before I got my Accord there. When I conversed with Carrie the next day, she was right on top of informing me the diagnosis of my car. Carried didn't hesitate to offer me a loaner car while the repairs were being made. She also took me back to the service technician so he could show me what the issue was with my Accord. I felt confident, knowing Superior has an honest Service Department. Carrie is very professional, yet personable, which I appreciate very much. She is a true asset to Superior Honda.
