Usually I am very apprehensive when buying a used car. I assume the car dealership?s agenda is short term profit taking and not necessarily in line with my best interest. And when an issue did pop up, a missing spare key, he made special arrangements for me to have the key made in my home town, Lincoln, at my convenience. I appreciate being treated this way.
