I had a pregnant guest arriving from Portland to JFK. The plane was delayed already for almost an hour, and the guest waited for 3 hours on the shuttle. The only promise made was to get everyone home in the same day, so my guest arrived at Center City Philadelphia at 11: 50pm, 7 hours later than her arrival at JFK.
During the span of waiting and waiting, I emailed their customer service just to get someone to pay attention to their delay. Guess what? They replied the following words:
""APPARENTLY, YOU HAVE NO CONCEPT OF WHAT A SHUTTLE RIDE IS""
And when they finally arrived, I asked the driver ""What took you so long to get here?"" Guess what? He started speaking loudly at me saying that why don't I drive a car to pick her up!
Gosh, I should have never believed a word recommending this kind of service. I sincerely blame myself for believing their service, and most important of all, believing them insulted my own intelligence.
