I booked Super Trans for a ride back from JFK. My flight arrived a little late and the shuttle left. I called the company and I was told that the next one wouldn't come for hours. I expressed my disappointment in having to wait and Joe from the office told me that he'll try to help me out. He called the driver, who turns out was on his way to Newark Airport. Joe told me that I could quickly ride to Newark Airport to catch up with the shuttle. So I caught a ride in another van to the Newark Airport where I caught up with the shuttle and had a smooth ride home. Joe was very helpful and responsive the whole time and communicated with the driver of the shuttle to make sure that everything connected smoothly. Joe tried really hard to help me out and he did, it was really nice to see that there was another human being on the other line, not just a voice that doesn't care - which often happens. I am glad I wasn't stranded in the airport for hours after a long flight. I really appreciate what Super Trans and Joe have done for me. Thank you.
