5 of us reserved a roundtrip to and from JFK,including my elderly monther-in-law. When we called from JFK, they said it would be a 1/2 hour. Time passed and passed until we were waiting for 2 1/2 hours. Each time we called, the dispatcher lied to us about our van - he was almost there, the tire was flat, he was dropping off a passenger and would be there in 10 minutes and on and on. When we threatened to rent a car and bill Supertrans a van finally arrived. That driver said he had no information about us and we were not on his list!
