Don't use Super Trans unless you feel like waiting THREE- FOUR hours at JFK for the shuttle to pick you up! The trip to JFK from Philadelphia was long - many stops - but bearable, and the driver told me to call after clearing customs on the way home and they would pick me up within 1/2 hour - 1 hour at most. My wife called the day before to confirm and they told her the same thing. However, when I called at 12:45--after a 20 hour flight from Johannesburg--they told me they couldn't pick me up until at least 4:00 p.m.!!!! I wasn't prepared to wait 3-4 hours to begin the ride home, so I ended up paying $250 to take a private cab. They weren't even apologetic, and had an unconcerned take it or leave it attitude: although we called to complain and left our number, for example, they didn't even bother to call back. If they weren't going to be able to pick me up until THREE hours after my arrival, why couldn't they just have told my wife that the day before; she certainly would have driven to JFK if she'd known I would have to wait so long or pay $250 to get home!!! They don't care about customer service at all - avoid this company unless you enjoy dealing with a company that doesn't care about its customers and will leave you stranded for 3 hours at the airport... Cons: no concern for passengers, long waits
