Nathan (Tech) was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He listen to my concerns and addressed each one. Kudos to you Nathan, there are not many young men today that have your professionalism and pride in their work. We will only request you on future yearly maintenance and service calls. Maintenance of A/C 11/9/2018

Nathan serviced our A/Cs today. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He confirmed one of our thermostats is off by a few degrees and will request a replacement which will be under warranty. more

Kasey spent over 2 hours yesterday performing a maintenance service on my two A/C systems. He was friendly, thorough, informative and great to work with. It is almost impossible to find the level of service he provides in today's marketplace. He is a true asset to Sunset Air and I hope you recognize him as such. Thank you. more

Follow Call on Possible Humidifier problem 9/28/2018

Joe, arrived within 15 minutes of when he said he would arrive. He listened to my issue and went to work on resolving it. He determined that everything was working as designed but would check and see if there was a way to slow the fan down and he would get back to me. The next morning he call me to say he had contacted the manufacturer and he could slow the fan down if I wanted him to. I decided to leave it as it was installed. more

Late Saturday Night Service Call 9/23/2018

We called Sunset Air at 9:45pm on Saturday night to request service on my air-conditioner because it had quit running. Nathan called me back in 1 1/2 hrs. and arrived on site within 2 hrs of my original call. He was able to identify my problem and fix the problem. Our air-conditioner was back up and running within 1 1/2 hrs after Nathan arrived. Nathan had to fix a problem that was caused during the installation of the new air-conditioner in May 2018. He spent extra time (even though it was late on Saturday) to ensure that the problem was fixed permanently. more

Quick efficient service call 9/17/2018

My A/C unit had blinking red lights and was starting to act differently than it had in the past. So I called Sunset Air and then Nathan called from his truck about an hour later that he was on his way. He looked at the unit and did some electrical component reprogramming and I was back up and running in no time. Now I can still go out and enjoy the rest of the day. Thanks Nathan. more

Great Service 7/25/2018

As a new homeowner I decided to call the AC service that I found on thermostat and I am so glad I did. I also went on line and saw the great reviews and felt good about using them. I had seen the great reviews that Nate had and was so glad when I found that he was the tech that would be coming for my first full service appt. He was professional, thorough, explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any concerns or questions. Of course, I have no way of knowing what he did but I have no reason to think he didn’t complete all that he said and I am looking forward to having a great relationship with Sunset Air and will ask for Nate. He was also very kind and told me if I had any concerns to please call and they would be take care of any problem. A very satisfied customer. more
