Review content:
We called Sunset Air at 9:45pm on Saturday night to request service on my air-conditioner because it had quit running. Nathan called me back in 1 1/2 hrs. and arrived on site within 2 hrs of my original call. He was able to identify my problem and fix the problem. Our air-conditioner was back up and running within 1 1/2 hrs after Nathan arrived. Nathan had to fix a problem that was caused during the installation of the new air-conditioner in May 2018. He spent extra time (even though it was late on Saturday) to ensure that the problem was fixed permanently.
