He is an expert in the field, very polite, shows up on time, and fixes the problem competently and quickly. He is neat and respects our house. We always look forward to seeing him because he is so professional and personable. more

Detailed Technician Praise 6/1/2018

Nathan is very thorough and found a loose joint that has been there since our unit was installed 3 years ago. He repaired it to prevent further leaking and discolouration of the floor below. I'll be requesting Nathan in the future! more

A/C eletrical issues 4/12/2018

I had a electrical issue with my a/c and I didnt know anyone off hand to call so I searched for a companies that could do the job. I looked at alot of places but I saw Sunset Air and saw all the reviews and then saw that Kasey was one of the best technicians you have so I calles and set up an appt with Kaylynn who was also very helpful and told me that he could come out in the morning. Kasey called and came with I believe it was Steve they checked and fixed the problem and my gave me some info for future maintenance and getting also info for a neww syatem that I asked for not he was forcing it on me. I have a big family and word of mouth is great. Thanks again Kasey for your service. Mrs Godbolt more
