Sunset Air 3/19/2020

I just had my first home A/C check up today and I didn't have to wait a month to get the appointment. Sunset Air was the company that installed the unit into my home in the first place so I decided to let them service too. I was notified when the service tech would arrive the and he was right on time. Sagar was his name and he was very professional and neat. He took his time to show me what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate everything Sunset Air had done for me today. I would highly recommend Sunset Air to everyone, you won't be disappointed. more

AFRAID TO GO THE EXTRA MILE 2/9/2020

I HAVE HAD A PIECE OF ALUMINUM TAPE ON THE BACK TOP OF MY UNIT THAT RYAN PUT THERE TEN YEARS AGO. IT WAS PUT THERE TO QUIET A VIBRATION THAT WAS VERY LOUD. IT IS NOW IN SHREDS AND THE NOISE IS BACK. WOULD IT BE ASKING TOO MUCH TO HAVE IT REPLACED ? ALSO,THE THERMOSTAT WIRE JACKET IS TORN WHERE IT IS EXPOSED AT THE RIGHT FRONT OF THE UNIT..THIS COULD POSSIBLY CAUSE A FAILURE IN OPERATIONS IF I SAW THIS STUFF WHY CAN'T YOUR TECHS SEE IT AND REMEDY THE PROBLEMS? I THINK FOR 179.00 A YR THEY SHOULD PAY A BIT MORE ATTENTION. more

6 month a/c maintenance visit 10/8/2019

I received a call that it was time for my 6 month a/c maintenance visit. I like this call because I forget stuff like this. We scheduled an appointment, and Tyler E. showed up on time and told me everything that he and his partner were going to do and gave me a recap of the work and the overall health of the a/c system when he left. Very professional. more

Always happy with my service calls from Sunset air 9/16/2019

We just had our maintenance done on our A/C unit, we are always happy to have Sunset Air come out. They are always knowledgeable with their work, and we appreciate their eye for detail. Our technician was great and the dispatched was wonderful. I don't feel I have to watch them when they are here, they always do a great job. more

Ac repair 8/16/2019

Yani took my call late in the evening for an sudden AC issue. Took my information and we can take care of it but tomorrow am is full BUT I will check again in the morning and give you a call before 8. She did and sent Thomas early than expected. Thomas did a great job . You could tell he had a good level of experience. I actually believe he solved an issue that has been plaguing my ac for about 2 yrs. Thank you much. JJ more

Sunset Air has been very prompt and efficient in helping me with my air conditioner care. I was referred to them over 5 years ago and they have gone above and beyond to set our a/c system to suit our family's needs plus have given us great advise about what thermostats to use as well as improving our handler's location in our home. more

Service call 5/24/2019

As always, the technician who came to my home, Stephen, was knowledgeable and professional. He called ahead to let my brother ( I had already gone back north) know he was on his way and came soon after. He answered any questions my brother asked and finished within a reasonable period of time. more

Tyler's the man 4/6/2019

I contacted Sunset Air and needed my HVAC inspected fast. They sent their technician the same day. Tyler did a thorough excellent job. He flushed the drain lines, cleaned the core and checked the freon pressures. I was very happy with his pleasant professional demeanor. more
