As a new homeowner I decided to call the AC service that I found on thermostat and I am so glad I did. I also went on line and saw the great reviews and felt good about using them. I had seen the great reviews that Nate had and was so glad when I found that he was the tech that would be coming for my first full service appt. He was professional, thorough, explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any concerns or questions. Of course, I have no way of knowing what he did but I have no reason to think he didn’t complete all that he said and I am looking forward to having a great relationship with Sunset Air and will ask for Nate. He was also very kind and told me if I had any concerns to please call and they would be take care of any problem. A very satisfied customer.
