Excellent, timely, knowledgeable personnel 12/6/2017

Had a number of questions about a newly installed HVAC system including filter change cycles, temperature settings, use of complex thermostat, and air pressure balance throughout the structure. Nathan provided extensive information regarding all these issues, including assessment of the systems air filters and a first person walk through of the system's complex but flexible thermostat controller. This follows a major installation of a new HVAC system by this company which was first class, installed on schedule, and works very efficiently and well with a competitive price. All in all, and excellent organization with knowledgeable and well trained, polite personnel. Highly recommended for HVAC work! more

Professionalism 11/28/2017

Kasey is one of the most dependable service professionals that Sunset has on staff. If something doesn't seem right, he does not leave the job until he is able to diagnosis the problem and fix it. In addition, he never leaves anything behind that shouldn't be there. It was a pleasure to work with him on replacing the blower module. He's a keeper. more

Great A/C Service on Saturday 9/25/2017

Sunset Air, and Kasey L. provided the best service we have ever experienced in over 50 years, 5 states and 8 homes. We called Sunset on Saturday Sept 23, 2017. Our A/C system is a complicated 18SEER two stage Rudd and failed due to electrical problems following hurricane and power loss. The dispatcher, Kaylynn, was very helpful and sent Kasey L. out to our home in Estero. Kasey was very knowledgeable, extremely well mannered, and was able to troubleshoot and correct multiple issues with our system. Kasey was determined and did not leave until 8PM when he had our A/C running. We called Sunset after our usual service company had worked 3 days and left Friday evening unable to get our A/C running. We will only use Sunset and Kasey from now on! more

Shelbi is always helpful, courteous and efficient with bookings and Kasey, our tech was on time, professional/courteous, knowledgeable and took great care & time with of our ac.
