It was a marathon day for me at Strong VW and Greg B., my salesperson stuck through it thick and thin with me. He had 2 other customers come in to work with him during the six+ hours I was there. He approached them and then returned to work with me! It was a busy Saturday and I got there early. more

Although we didn't end up buying a car at Strong VW, we would like to comment on the dealership and it's staff. Particularly Larry Cutolo. Larry was fantastic. He was extremely friendly, kind, courteous and generous with his time. He went over and above for us and helped us out as much as he could with our credit situation and ended up giving us a good education on the credit industry. Most people think car salesmen can be scum of the earth but as far as we can tell, Larry was genuine all the way. The rest of the staff was also excellent but we want to call out Larry on his work ethic and the time he spent with us. We strongly recommend Larry and Strong VW to anyone who is looking for a good car and good people to deal with. more

Strong VDub is a great dealership. They took awesome care of me, made sure that all of my expectations were not only taken care of but surpassed. I will most defiantly purchase another car from them in the future!! Ricco, Greg, Mike Smith, and Shad had answers to all of my questions and made my first time car-buying experience amazing and stress free. They hooked it up big time not only on the price of my sassy 2011 Jetta SE with convince, but they made sure to offer great customer service (I didnt leave hungry... all Im gonna say). I had a great time there and would recommend it to anyone! Make sure to ask for Greg or Ricco though, they are the topnotch down to earth salesman you never thought existed. I LOVE STRONG VW!! I first went to Strong back in November when I wanted to buy a used Jetta or Passatt. I was immediately impressed when my salesman Ricco approached my boyfriend and I. It was very late at night so he suggested that we come back the next morning so that we could "Have some fun". We did just that. Ricco took us out to test drive a few of the used cars on the lot and he literally showed me the reasons that the VW brand is so amazing. He took us all around and gave me the most fun that a test drive had to offer. I unfortunately had to postpone my buying until May where I went straight back to him for help. He remembered me and greeted me with such kindness. He worked with me all day until I had the car that was just what I wanted in the price range that fit for me. He is the man to go to! Overall, this is the place to go if you want a great car from the most awesome staff that really knows their stuff....THANKS RICCO! more

From the minute we got to Strong VW we had a great experience. Our salesperson, Michael Hardink, was friendly and helpful, and we never felt pressure to buy, nor did we feel like we were just being told what we wanted to hear. After shopping at several other dealerships, and feeling warn out from the haggling process at these other locations, we came back to Strong and found a Used Jetta, which was perfect for us. more

My son and I were searching the internet for local used GTIs. Strong had several listed and ultimately we ended up with a newer, lower mileage GTI than what we had anticipated given our price range. RIcco was not only excellent on our test drive, but also allowed us time to drive it privately. He is completely knowledgable about all the differences and options available, and ultimately, we attribute our successful purchase 100% to his efforts on our behalf. While we were slightly above our original target price, we benefitted from a Certified vehicle (something other dealers hadn't bothered to do with their vehicles), lower mileage, and a pristine, loaded car beyond what we aspired to have before we walked into Strong. Ricco was able to help us navigate the sales process and I know who we'll be calling for anything we need from the Strong dealership franchise. more

I have been buying VW's from Strong Volkswagen for over 10 years. I just bought a 2011 VW \r Jetta and it has everything on it. They are very easy to work with and what I like best is they gave me the best price and no back and forth. I can't stand is when a car dealer says make me an offer or what do we have to do to sell you a car PLEASE. So, thanks Strong VW making it easy on me and last thanks for giving me a lowest price because I check around and none of the other Utah dealers could come close to that price more

Rolled into the dealership @ 7:15pm on a Saturday, just to take a peek at a Jetta TDI. I had no intention of buying a car that night. I've never bought a car on my first trip to a dealership.. Ricco did an outstanding demo, sold me on the car and the dealership, made the process as easy as possible and completely stress-free. I can't recommend these folks enough. In-and-out in less than 2 hours, this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. more

Car shopping is only fun when you get to take the vehicle for the test drive, alone, and not feel pressure or hear the commentary/sales pitch of the salesman while you drive. Ricco let me do that with several new models, while my 4 year old was entertained at the dealership. And when it came to negotiating, Ricco/Strong VW were fast and complied with my terms. It helped that I had done some serious shopping at many other dealers and had solid, realistic numbers to negotiate with on my trade-in. All said and done, I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for any vehicle, and will do so myself when my 3 yr. lease is up. more

My experience here was terrific! Initially I went to a dealership that plays a game where the salesman pretends to be your pal and a mediator to charitably negotiate a price with the ?boss.? I found this to be both condescending and insulting, so I read reviews online and decided to go to Strong VW. There I was fortunate to find Trent Jensen, who was able to empathize with my frustrations and make the most efficient use our time by giving me an awesome deal (compared it to the other dealer and deals boasted in online forums relative to MSRP) on a new CC. If you want to be treated like an intelligent adult, go to Strong VW, otherwise be prepared to be taken for the ride of a lifetime. Pros: You aren't treated like a fiend Cons: None more

Just got my new, WONDERFUL Tiguan - Love it. The experience we had with Ricco and Shad was not to be believed! After spending 2 weeks searching, researching and driving cars - Strong VW was a true delight and frankly, surprise. There are shinier pennies in the new car jar (showroom/location, etc) BUT the real deal is inside Strong. I've only had my car 5 days - but the buying experience was so positive I can't imagine that I will be anything but thrilled with any other dealings I have with this company! As a loyal VW driver I would expect nothing less than amazing service from any Volkswagen dealer but Strong VW goes above and beyond. From the moment I arrived on the lot Ricco, et al. exceeded my expectations and made it possible for me to drive away in a VW Eos, my dream car. I have owned two previous Volkswagen Convertible models, the Cabriolet and the Cabrio and loved them both. Several years back I was so excited to read the press release announcing the Eos and knew I would eventually own one. After deciding I just couldn?t afford the Eos, right now I went to Strong VW to make inquiries regarding a different cheaper model and to my elation Ricco informed me that a 2007 Eos had just come in a few days prior and was still in back . We talked numbers and it was in my price range I couldn?t believe my good fortune. They worked with me on my trade in, they were honest and upfront with me, took care of me and they will continue to take care of me. I am now the proud owner of a VW Eos and the best news of all it still has a warranty, they certified it bumper to bumper. I will definitely do business with Strong in the future, thanks guys. I went into Dave Strong and they were very nice. They let me look around the lot for a couple of minute before they greeted me. I like that because I hate when a salesman comes and greet me right when I get out of the car. When they did come out to talk to me. I talk to Eric and he new everything about VW's and It was nice to deal with someone profesional. I found the car I wanted and ask for a price and it only took 5 minutes to get a price and a payment. I told him I wanted to think about it and of course he try to get me to buy today but once I told him I wanted to think about it, the second time he back off. The next day I purchase my new Jeta. I love it and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The best thing I like about the place is that they are easy going they don't ask for a lot of personal info from me until I agreed on a price. Pros: nice and know a lot about VW Cons: none more

I bought a 1996 Jetta from Strongs when it had 30,000 miles on it. When I got it they went over it very carefuly, and made me very comfortable with my choice. I love my car! It is now time to give it to the girls to drive and I am very secure with the knowledge that that Chip and the service staff will be there for the next 100,000 miles to take care of my little jetta and my girls with the same awesome speedy service, great prices and respect that Strongs is known for and that I have come to admire and respect.
