My experience here was terrific! Initially I went to a dealership that plays a game where the salesman pretends to be your pal and a mediator to charitably negotiate a price with the ?boss.? I found this to be both condescending and insulting, so I read reviews online and decided to go to Strong VW. There I was fortunate to find Trent Jensen, who was able to empathize with my frustrations and make the most efficient use our time by giving me an awesome deal (compared it to the other dealer and deals boasted in online forums relative to MSRP) on a new CC. If you want to be treated like an intelligent adult, go to Strong VW, otherwise be prepared to be taken for the ride of a lifetime.
