Second Jetta in a row from Strong VW 1/31/2010

I leased my second Jetta in row from Eric at Strong VW in December, and I've been very pleased with the car and the service. Strong's doesn't play the back-and-forth game like the other dealers, which makes the whole experience so much easier. I'm sure I'll be back for another VW as soon as this lease expires. What a deal!!!! 1/10/2010

If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Strong VW let me just leave you with a STRONG piece of advice...have that vehicle inspected inside and out and I'm talking with your trusted mechanic not theirs. Don't be surprised when you drive off the lot and soon find out that your hood flaps in the wind and your raditator support is cracked in 6 different places (oh but don't worry it was glued back together hahaha). I guess the hood of your car not being secure because the entire inside support is damage is not consider a saftey issue. Pros: Very nice sales staff Cons: Thousands of dollars in repairs more

Great Dealership! 11/7/2009

I recently bought a beautiful new VW from Strong VW. My salesman - Eric - was never pushy and made me feel comfortable. He was very knowledgable about all of the cars and answered all of my questions. I would definetly go back for any future car purchase! Pros: Relaxed environment with knowledgable sales staff Cons: none! more

Great dealer all around 7/28/2009

This dealer is great all around. I've been to many other dealers and nothing compares to Stong?s! Malik (service writer) was extremely helpful and honest when it came to fixing my car. The technicians did a great job and even detailed my car afterwards! I refer everyone I know to this dealer and will continue buying and servicing my cars here for life. A+ car and service 7/15/2009

After looking at several other cars from other dealers we decided to choose Strong VW to purchase our beautiful 2006 VW Passat. Our sales associate Larry Cutolo was informative and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. There was no pressure to buy and the vehicles they carried were high end and well taken care of. I would recommend to my friends and family to shop Strong WV. They are willing to change the sticker price on a car so it will fit your budget. A+++ Dealership! The sales process at Strong VW seems designed by skilled psychologists, with the intent of neutralizing customers' power in the buying process so that they can be more effectively extorted. The sales model used places staff and customers in diametrical opposition to one-another, with almost no shared goals, simply direct competition between them to take more advantage of their opponent than the opponent is taking of them.. Excellent Dealership 5/16/2009

I bought a certified pre-loved Jetta back in September, and have had nothing but great things come of it. It's a great car, great mpgs. The customer service is so great! From the salesman I worked with, to the general sales manger, they both made the car buying experience so much better. The service and parts departments are also the best in the state. I have been to other dealers, but none have left me feeling like my car is in pristine condition like Strong VW! Pros: Great Customer Service Cons: They can get very busy more
