As a loyal VW driver I would expect nothing less than amazing service from any Volkswagen dealer but Strong VW goes above and beyond. From the moment I arrived on the lot Ricco, et al. exceeded my expectations and made it possible for me to drive away in a VW Eos, my dream car. I have owned two previous Volkswagen Convertible models, the Cabriolet and the Cabrio and loved them both. Several years back I was so excited to read the press release announcing the Eos and knew I would eventually own one. After deciding I just couldn?t afford the Eos, right now I went to Strong VW to make inquiries regarding a different cheaper model and to my elation Ricco informed me that a 2007 Eos had just come in a few days prior and was still in back . We talked numbers and it was in my price range I couldn?t believe my good fortune. They worked with me on my trade in, they were honest and upfront with me, took care of me and they will continue to take care of me. I am now the proud owner of a VW Eos and the best news of all it still has a warranty, they certified it bumper to bumper. I will definitely do business with Strong in the future, thanks guys. I love my car!! (Internet dudes you should see it, it is a beauty)
