Brian Edwards was a huge help during my vacation. He got my car right in, diagnosed the problem quickly, and turned my car back to me within 12 hours of drop off. Very friendly and professional. more

I dropped in unscheduled and they got me right in to take care of the yearly maintenance. Kevin Yanez was great to work with and explained everything as well as had it washed. I have had nothing but the best experience with Strong VW. more

Javier Alcantar-Garcia saved the day! My husband and I were on a cross country trip, moving from Colorado to California with two cats and we had an issue come up with our car in Wyoming. We were fortunate enough to get the car to Strong in the evening. Javier convinced a technician to stay late and do the fix to our car so that we could get back on the road that night. This kind of service was above and beyond. I am forever grateful and would encourage anyone to visit Strong for service. more

Saturday morning at 5:00 I was driving down Parley's Canyon, it was pouring down rain. When suddenly the drivers' side windshield wiper arm on my Jetta came loose and started wiping the air to the left of the windshield! I pulled over and wriggled it into a position where it would wipe at least a quarter of my view. I dropped it off at Strong with a note, and put the keys through the slot. A short half hour after opening, I received a call from James Wolfe. Not only had they tightened the wiper arm, but he also noticed three inoperative light bulbs and replaced them at no charge. Any other dealer would have got me for a couple hundred dollars, but Strong came through for me once again. I have just under 100,000 miles on my car, and they have done all the service, and when I damaged the car a couple years ago, they handled the repairs and insurance seamlessly, to include the use of a loaner. I love love love Dave Strong's service department! more

Amel Sabic\r I was very interested in buying a Volkswagen so I looked out there website and started talking to Matt Hansen really nice guy he answered all my questions that I had but the biggest thing that I thought was amazing my wife's birthday was coming up so I didn't want her to know for about a week me and Matt Hansen were writing emails back and forth figuring everything out and yesterday I walked in with my wife she choose the color and the kinda car she wanted and we walked right out and we went home my wife is very happy and so am I the best experience I ever had for the last 16 years I lived in the us thank u Matt Hansen and the Volkswagen team best experience ever.? more

Strong Volkswagen in Salt Lake City does a tremendous job with their service center. The employees are more than thorough with their help. Chip Bryson did a great job fixing my car and making sure I understood what was done to my vehicle. My car was returned cleaned. Moreover, their shuttle service was prompt and picked me up at my work on time. It was a great experience. Thanks Strong Volkswagen staff. more

Just wanted you to know that your service was fabulous. I was attended to very quickly, got a ride to my place of business, and within very little time was called to say my car checkup was finished. I was then returned to your establishment by your lovely driver and able to pick up my car and go back to work. What was done for my car checkup was fully explained, plus I was informed of a defect for which I needed to make a return appointment. I brought my 2007 Jetta Wolfsburg edition in for a tune-up and a new battery. Joe/James Wolfe was the technician who assisted me, and he was excellent. He called me and kept me informed on my repairs. He answered all my questions and put in the extra effort to secure a loaner car for me when my Jetta needed to stay in the shop for a couple of days. I had a good, reassuring experience, and will be taking my vehicle back to Strong Volkswagen for all future repairs and tune-ups. more

I have been a customer of Strong VW since 2006. They take excellent care of the Passat that I purchased from them. Chip Bryson is excellent to work with. He always makes sure that any and all problems are taken care of. He also makes sure that if any potential problems may occur, he informs me so I can have it taken care of before it becomes a problem. I always recommend Strong Volkswagen to anyone who is looking for a dealership that takes good care of the customers and the automobiles they sell. more
