Saturday morning at 5:00 I was driving down Parley's Canyon, it was pouring down rain. When suddenly the drivers' side windshield wiper arm on my Jetta came loose and started wiping the air to the left of the windshield! I pulled over and wriggled it into a position where it would wipe at least a quarter of my view. I dropped it off at Strong with a note, and put the keys through the slot. A short half hour after opening, I received a call from James Wolfe. Not only had they tightened the wiper arm, but he also noticed three inoperative light bulbs and replaced them at no charge. Any other dealer would have got me for a couple hundred dollars, but Strong came through for me once again. I have just under 100,000 miles on my car, and they have done all the service, and when I damaged the car a couple years ago, they handled the repairs and insurance seamlessly, to include the use of a loaner. I love love love Dave Strong's service department!
