STOCKTON HONDA WONT TAKE CARE OF YOU POST-SALE!! 2/26/2015

EXPECT TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS AFTER YOU BUY A USED CAR I bought my used Acura TL and the next day i noticed that the alignment was off. I asked my salesmen if we could get it fixed and he pretty much said they wont work on cars after you have signed. It wasn't until after I went and left reviews of my experience that they offered to get it taken care of and correct the alignment. So i go to get the alignment sorted out and they fixed that but it still pulled to the right and they said that it was because the tires were damaged due to the alignment being off. I called the manager there and told him what the situation was and he said that all they could do is give me a discount but that I would have to buy new tires myself. Instead of doing right by the customer, they will just hope that you go away. Im not a vengeful person, but i wanted to buy a car that was working as it should and they aren't willing to correct problems that they had no problem selling to me. more

The Service Adviser that provided exemplary customer service was a young woman with dark hair and an enthusiastic, outgoing manner. She dealt quickly and effectively with the only complaint I had (minor irritation at not being able to connect my iPad to your wi-fi network) by getting another employee (from where I don't know) who was very knowledgeable about Apple devices and had me connected in a few seconds. Both of them have exactly the kind of personality that makes for superior customer service. I'm sorry I don't know their names and I didn't see either of them around when I left, so couldn't thank them personally. I chose to bring my wife's CR-V to S2M Honda because I was very impressed with the Service Dept manager who spoke at the new owner briefings I attended when I bought a new Fit a few months ago (I attended twice because the chicken and brownies were great!). At this point I am certain we will be bringing both cars to you for service. more

The staff was outstanding in customer service. Ken picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the dealership.It was one of the main reasons I selected the Pilot.I will reccomend the dealership to all our employees and agents.I hope that the service experience is just as positive. more

Willing to negotiate with us. We felt that we were given a reasonable price for our trade-in. Fast service, friendly and not too pushy of staff. They were efficient with their processes of explaining all the paperwork, answered all questions that we had. more

Understanding of our needs 7/21/2011

Shawn was willing to work with us in a few different ways a couple of them are 1.he made sure the vehicle that we wanted was available to us the next morning after we test drove it. 2.He was patient with us while I was at work and my wife was in the store trying to fill out paper work until I could make it in. I live in Lehi so coming up to Sandi is a little out of the way, but I've always felt it was worth the drive for the friendly and quick service. The wait is never too long and my kids love the complimentary popcorn and kid area. I appreciate the service technicians paying attention to other problems and making me aware of these issues along with offering suggestions on fixes. more

It was great to have Christie meet with me at the dealership. I have had poor experiences with service staff at other LHM dealerships- where on two separate service calls I wasn't believed about the clutch slipping and yet when my husband brought the car in they said it indeed needed to be replaced. Having a female as a contact gives women a contact where they feel they will be listened to, not talked down to, and not taken for a ride because they don't know cars as well a majority of the time. more

Great experience 7/13/2011

I was able to purchase a 2010 CRV-EX on Sept. 17, 2010 at Stockton to Malone. I went through internet manager John. Being able to get a quote first from the internet worked great for me. I was able to then meet with John and he was able to answer all my questions about the CRV-EX. He took great care of me and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. He got me the pricing I wanted and I was able to get the financing that was pleasing to me. I can't say enough how much I love my new CRV and it's become quite popular at work and I've made sure everyone knows where I purchased it and with which salesperson. John has followed up with me even after the sale to make sure I was still happy with my purchase which has meant a lot to me. If you had a "6 Excellent" choice I would give John all sixes. Thanks for the great experience and for employing people such as John. more

Fantastic job 7/11/2011

I came to the service center with a problem with my brakes. First of all, I am an idiot when it comes to car stuff: I do not have experience with successful car repairs, and I don't know a whole lot about vehicle maintenance. But Devin did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done in order to repair the brakes. He helped me understand what was wrong, and helped me feel better about the service that needed to be done to fix the problem. Devin was the reason my experience went from something that had the potential to being bad to being a good experience. more

Shawn was an awesome sales guy to work with. He was very friendly, and really listened to us to make a deal that worked well for us. We had a limited amount of time to work with, and he worked quickly to get the deal done. After I purchased the car, he was very thorough with making sure I got a lesson about everything in the car. Good experience. Sales and finance to all they could to make a it a good experience and we walked out happy in the end. The back and forth price negotiating got long but they were understanding. Did their best to get us out the door once a decision was made. Have called us a few times to check if we have questions which was nice. more

This is our fourth car from STM, and every time we have found that the sales people are very friendly and they know all the details and the features of the vehicles we decided to purchase.This time, Quinn was so helpful and patient with our questions. He has followed up with us several times to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Each time we have been comfortable with the finance manager, and this time was no exception. In fact, Tom was the best and most efficient finance manager yet. He was thorough in his explanations and answered all our questions. Monica, the customer service manager, is an incredibly talented person who resolved an issue with our payoff to Honda. She took care of our request in record time and was very friendly and professional. Overall, we would give the dealership 5 out of 5 stars. They really couldn't do a better job. more
