My car has never been so clean and shiny 7/22/2010

My service manager that I have been working with for the past few years, Devin B. not only recognized me and my care but was greatly appreciative to have me back. My car was having and unknown alignment issue and within an hour I was informed of the issue and a solution that didn't wipe out my wallet. My 4 the of July weekend could have started with a disaster but because of your staff I was able to drive to Bear Lake with out concerns for my car. I had mentioned to Devin my pending road trip and he and his staff made the extra effort to wash and clean my car from top to bottom. My car has never been so clean and shiny more

We were impressed with our salesman 7/19/2010

The overall experience was just great! They got us what we needed and they did it very nicely! They treated us with respect and I would be more than happy to go back for more service. The prices were a little lower than average. I would have liked to pay a little bit less, but I won't complain. more

Very nice Customer Service 7/5/2010

I gave customer service a rating of 5 because all of the employees were very helpful and they were all very kind. One of the service workers gave me his card and told me that I could call him for any services and he would take care of me. I really like this dealership and I would not go to any others. more

Stockton to Malone Honda 3/18/2006

I bought a car from these guys. While my Honda was a great price and I love it, the customer service leaves much to desire. When I was trying to get all the paperwork done, there was a backlog of customers sitting and waiting. It took two hours of sitting in hard chairs with no snacks or beverages to finally get to the closing of the deal. Their service center is just as terrible. I had a light come on in my car and I called and they said to bring my car in at 4:45, so I did. When I got their, the service girl acted put out and told me they didn't have enough time to take care of the problem so they wouldn't help me. As you can imagine, that is the last time I ever went there. I reccomend Ken Garff Honda instead. They have nice soft couches to wait on and loads of snacks and drinks. They are much more customer service oriented. more

Great Prices and willing to deal 8/15/2005

Stockton to Malone Honda car dealers are pretty willing to go very low to sell a car. They sold one to my wife without me knowing but I guess I can't hold them responsible for that. We got a brand new Honda Civic for $3000 less than sticker price. They have great deals but are even more willing to drop their prices to make a deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new Honda. Be careful not to let your wives go alone. more
