EXPECT TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS AFTER YOU BUY A USED CAR
I bought my used Acura TL and the next day i noticed that the alignment was off. I asked my salesmen if we could get it fixed and he pretty much said they wont work on cars after you have signed. It wasn't until after I went and left reviews of my experience that they offered to get it taken care of and correct the alignment.
So i go to get the alignment sorted out and they fixed that but it still pulled to the right and they said that it was because the tires were damaged due to the alignment being off. I called the manager there and told him what the situation was and he said that all they could do is give me a discount but that I would have to buy new tires myself.
Instead of doing right by the customer, they will just hope that you go away. Im not a vengeful person, but i wanted to buy a car that was working as it should and they aren't willing to correct problems that they had no problem selling to me.
