Christy is absolutely wonderful. I tried another service location for my new car for the first oil change and it was not a good experience, I will always come back for service. He was very knowledgable about all aspects of the car buying process. He was open honest and very upfront about everything. We actually had fun buying a new car. My experience with SMH was nothing short of perfect! Before I left Idaho, I had talked to Toni B. a couple of times, and in contact with her as she kept me informed of everything I needed to know to make sure the often times, miserable care buying experience, went smoothly. She was attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed while I was at the dealership, and left a very positive impression on myself. I am going to tell everyone I know that is looking to buy a new vehicle, to make sure they contact Toni before purchasing anything from any other dealer! Toni should be commended for her efforts! more

While there on Monday, we met John Chuidian, who was also extremely nice, energetic, and FULL of knowledge. I think he knows the Honda Pilot better than Mr. Honda, himself :) Seriously, though, he did a great job, was extremely thorough and helped answer all of our questions, and even questions we didn't know that we had. Then, when we made the decision to enter into a lease on the Pilot, they were both very helpful and made the LONG process well worth it. more

One think I really like about your dealership is than it can send my son in with the truck and know that he will not get the runaround or taken advantage of.
