Lots of crazy stuff, all fixed 1/2/2017

After our furnace was put in we had weird issues. Humming throughout the house driving us nuts. Specialty took the time to figure out the issue (non-flexible duct work) and it was an easy fix. I appreciate the time they all take to discuss what we're dealing with and what they propose to correct. more

Service & Equipment 12/22/2016

Service is great. I have a little apprehension with some of equipment breaking though. We are old school & expect our products to last for ever. if we take care & maintain them. The system does have it's warranty though. The company & employees really went out of their way to help us with our situation & repairs that were needed. more

The employees of Specialty Heating and Cooling are always polite and easy to work with. When the installers left my house at the end of the day they left the area cleaner than when they found it at the start of the day. more

Excellent service. 12/14/2016

I had no heat when the first storm hit us They had a tech who lives out my way who stopped on jis way home. Hsd to get new furnace. The installer and tecs where friendly and wonderful to deal with. I recommended Specialty heating to my real estate agent. I would recommend them to all my friends. Thank you giys so much. Dorry Cook more

Very Good Experience 12/12/2016

We took two years to make this happen. They stayed on top of pricing and updates. Crew called in advance and set a time and stayed right on schedule even though it was snowing heavily when they installed the AC unit. Very friendly and knowledaible with programming the new internet friendly thermostat. Thank you for you service. more

Highly Recommended 12/5/2016

I had Specialty install a high end heat pump and new gas furnace. The entire experience was smooth and every interaction I had with them made me confident in their expertise and willingness to work hard for their customers. When I misunderstood a rebate issue and I complained to them, they quickly explained the issue and showed everything was in order, but then offered some compensation anyway. Offering to refund some money based on my mistake! (I declined) That's customer service! more

A Very Satisfied Customer 11/27/2016

My old furnace gave up the ghost recently, and had to be replaced. I got information and estimates from a few companies before deciding to go with Specialty Heating and Cooling. Of all the companies I spoke with, I got the most comprehensive information from Specialty, as well as the greatest range of options to choose from. In the end, I decided to replace my circa 1987 air conditioner along with the furnace with a heat pump and new furnace. The men who did the installation got both machines replaced in less than eight hours (including showing me how to operate the new thermostat), and they left my property spotless when they were finished. Everyone I spoke with at Specialty was helpful and informed. I definitely recommend this company. more

great crew 11/24/2016

I just had a new carrier system installed so I can't really review the product just yet. However the people at Speciality have been great. The salesman, Eric was helpful and explained things clearly. The installation crew was great. They were fast, efficient, answered any questions I had and they were friendly. All of the crew were punctual and they cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend this group to anyone and I would add that the crew that came to my house deserves a big bonus or at least a raise. Thank you to all of you. more

Excellent, well priced service continues 11/15/2016

Specialty replaced my heater several years ago. Their recommendation was excellent, install was organized and smooth - and the heater has changed the quality of my home comfort. Wonderful! They took EXTRA steps to wrap and secure the new product - something which has been commented on by multiple other services in the garage. Since then, yearly service has been thorough and excellent. I rely on Specialty and will continue to do so. more
