Nic did a great job of presenting different options of furnaces to us. Once we deciced on a furnace, Andrew was the young man who installed it. He was very polite, thorough and quick. 5/1/2016

This review is only on the initial contact with the company. The cooling unit has not been installed yet. But the service representative was very professional. He reviewed our home and listened well to our needs. When we signed with the company, he helped facilitate the forms that needed to be presented to our HOA. He listened to our financing desires and helped to facilitate that. The company called us and laid out the date and plans for the day of installation. We are happy to hear that our neighbor who recommended them has already received his $100. We are very pleased so far and feel sure we will be with the completed cooling installation. more

Very good experience 4/24/2016

Salesman (Nic Sferazza) was good (no high pressure) and was easy to reach on his cell phone. When I missed him he called right back. The office staff was also very responsive on my questions about the contract. Terms of agreement were clear. Liked the various payment options. Install team arrived on time, worked very hard and left everything clean and did all install in one day. The electrician from Bear did a good job and the City of Portland inspector seemed pleased with all the the work and approved it right away. It did seem that the cost of the system had gone up considerably since we talked some years ago and the rebates seemed to be less. more

Great Install! 4/23/2016

The gentleman who installed my AC unit did an amazing job! He worked at it for most of the day, but man did it come out well! It's still too early to rate the unit itself due to the fact I haven't had the right weather to really test out the AC, but the service I received was over the top! I would recommend these guys every time! more

Excellent service, concerns over installation 4/12/2016

First, the serviceman, Kurt, was exceptional. That I had a defective part and concurrent issues on a new unit, well he did get it repaired and smoothed my feathers and overall was courteous and thoughtful. Great job Kurt. Hoping my unit is not troublesome. Not good so far which concerns me. I may still be hearing the clicking noise... if I do, I will call again. more

Good experience on a painful purchase 4/6/2016

Decided to replace a 26 year old HVAC system that was barely hanging in there. Specialty Heating did an excellent job explaining options, energy rebates etc. Installation was very professional and done in a day. Furnace failed the next day but they came out immediately and found a loose vacuum hose and everything worked fine from then on. more

The tech came when expected, was thorough, answered my questions and did what was expected for a heat pump service. She also cleaned my furnace filter (electronic). I will continue to sign up for the twice yearly service agreement. more
