Great job in the replacement of heater/AC 7/31/2017

From sales to install I had a very positive experience with Specialty. They were very professional and walked me through every step of the way. I had them bid several different scenarios with different features and equipment and they did so gladly. What I especially appreciate is that they didn't try to sell me bunch of extras or services I didn't need. Very reputable and upstanding team. more

The technicians efficiently found the source of the problem and explained what had to be done. Despite this is the busy season Specialty was able to get it done and things back working in just a week. more

Outstanding Service 7/25/2017

My AC died late on a Saturday afternoon in July. Called Spec. Heating, and technician on call called back in about 40 minutes. He arrived about 45 minutes later, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and the AC was back up and running. Kurt was courteous, enthusiastic, and efficient. Imagine getting the problem solved late on Saturday in July when it was 90 degrees! more

Heat and AC running at the same time 7/14/2017

I've been "lucky" enough to have Kurt come out during my 2 HVAC crises this calendar year. This time he ran multiple tests on the systems and got them working again. So appreciate his timeliness and expertise! more

We went with Specialty Heating and Cooling and the main reason, Randy Beers! He was our Home Solutions Advisor. First and foremost, he was professional and courteous. And "Advisor" was a key word. He did a complete analysis of our home environment to provide a recommendation to fit our needs. He asked us questions and we asked him questions. He was thorough, took time to answer every question and explain all the details we asked about. His knowledge of product, installation, heating and cooling gave us added confidence in our decision to go with Specialty. Last, but not least...he was friendly and service-oriented. Replace/Install 30-year old A/C system 7/7/2017

Specialty Heating & Cooling has been our provider of choice for inspections & service to our Carrier A/C system. Since our previous Carrier was installed nearly 30 years ago, it was time to invest in an updated system. We chose to purchase another Carrier system, and are very pleased with the Sales Representative/Supervisor, Nick Sferrazza and with the Installation Technician "Adam". Nick showed us a variety of options for the new system, and physically inspected the interior and exterior of our house, so we could make the best choice. Adam showed up right on time early on the scheduled installation day, and worked beyond the anticipated completion time, due to some unexpected glitches involving the way the original system had been installed. However, he contacted Nick and they created a work-around that is better than the original and meets all the necessary codes. We couldn't be happier with the results and with the dedication and service provided by both Nick & Adam. We would highly recommend Specialty Heating & Cooling - 5 stars all the way. more
