I have been going to this spa for a few years now. The Carribien Pedi is amazing. I feel the pedi area could be a bit more quiet - more "spa" like, but the treatment is amazing. This past visit, I bought some product and had the girls at the front desk set it aside while I enjoyed my treatment. I was able to check out relatively quickly which is always nice. Shortly after I left (I got about 4 blocks) my cell phone rang. It was the spa. The girl who usually does my treatments saw my bill and noticed I purchased different product then normal. She wanted to make sure that is what I wanted. She was right. I picked out the wrong product. I was able to turn around to swap items. When I walked into the spa, the girl at the front desk was half way over to me with the right product as well as the cash for the difference in price. I was amazed that they a) caught that from memory and b) were waiting for me to come back. I told her to add the change to my tip for the girls being so wonderful! Way to go!!! Thanks!!!
