Awesome Experience 10/19/2011

I had my hair color retouched and some highlights added. The stylist I usually see was not available but Katrina stepped in and made the experience fantastic! Everyone was very nice and helpful and the services were so relaxing and great. I have been a customer at Spa Bleu for 7 years and will continue to go! more

In this day and age I am surprised when I enter a business and it does not provide Internet service to it customers. It is even more surprising when the business you are in also is a modern and hip salon... Just a thought! Dewayne more

I was scheduled for a 60 minute massage and as the therapist and I were talking she mentioned 30 minutes. I told her I made the appointment for 60 minutes. She went to check and stated she was booked the whole day already but would try to do a few minutes extra if possible. The room and bed were cold and the experience is not what I have experienced in the past. The therapist was good but I didn't relax as I would have if I had my full 60 minutes. more

Great Pedi & Acrylic Nail Application!! 10/13/2011

I was hesitant to try acrylic nails since I probably haven't tried them in 20 years. Obviously the application methods have changed since then & Nina took the time to walk me thru the process to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. By the time I had the nails applied & a pedi, it felt like Nina & I were old friends. I even booked my next two appointments before leaving - which is something I never do! Nina is so friendly and made everything wonderful! She truly wanted to make sure I was happy!! I complained previously about a massage I had awhile ago & want to make sure I compliment when something extraordinarily wonderful happens! (I did get a discount on my next massage so I know customer service is important to the manager!) more

The experience at Spa Bleu West Dundee is always a relaxing one! The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. My appt with Tricia was awesome as usual - she is great at making you feel comfortable and does her best to ensure you are well taken care of! more
