I visited the spa for a massage on sept 20 (my birthday) just as I've done the past several years. The overall experience was good, my massage was really good. I was disappointed however that I did not get an aveda bday gift this year (have received gift every year since a member of the rewards club) and AFTER I left the spa I found an email in my inbox from earlier in the day with a coupon for 50% off any service - to be used IN MY BIRTHDAY MONTH (sent on the 20th of month - I would have used this on my day had I known about it and now it expires today) - I was disappointed that the manager didn't mention my coupon which I could have used. It was my "miss" but still disappointing....i will try another spa before I return.
