Very Nice Would visit again! 11/23/2011

I had never gone to Spa Bleu before. I was pleasantly suprised. Upon my arrival I was greeted and offered a beverage. Before getting my hair cut I was given a scalp and shoulder massage with scented oil! VERY relaxing! I had and overall great experience. Everyone on staff that I encounterd was very friendly and courteous. more

Feedback from last visit 11/18/2011

My highlight and cut were fine. A few days prior they had to cancel my eyebrow appt due to a personal issue but when I got to the salon they said they did have an opening after my hair service is finished. After my haircut I checkedout and sat on the couch and saw the person who was going to do my eyebrows I think her name is Yvonne and she walked right past me and headed to break room. She was in there for a while. I asked one of the newer ladies behind the front desk where she went and she went to talk to the Manager. I didn't understand why I had to wait. The salon was closing shop and I still sat on the couch. I waited a little bit more and asked the lady again what is the deal and she went into break room to get Yvonne. I guess I didn't understand why I waited 20 minutes if not longer for her to have a conversation with someone in the breakroom. My experience is generally awesome but this time, not so much:( more

Wonderful experience with bonus social media services 11/13/2011

I always love my time with Jameson. He is personable and listens, but makes the processing time go quickly making me laugh. I learned at the Arboretum location of the free services for 'checking in' on Facebook. LOVE THIS BONUS! more

New marketing approach? 11/10/2011

In addition to their high price for a color and cut, I was charged full price for the cut, which consisted of nothing more than barely a trim, resulting in my bangs looking like a bowl cut! I also felt like the staff was way too pushy with their products. I had been there awhile back, and don't remember the insistent sales pitch. I was also approached three different times in regard to their 'points' program, which was a real turn-off. more

Peaceful Experience 11/10/2011

I have been to Spa Bleu several times over the last few years and I have to say that being there is comforting and relaxing. The girls there are very sweet and always looking to make you more comfortable. Janelle is the BEST! The only advice I would have is for them to better seperate the nails and waxing room from the salon. The spa portion is a wonderful experience and it would be nice to have these other services more in the "spa" section. more

I am very pleased with my service with Katrina and Spa Bleu. Katrina always provides me with amazing service and wonderful recommendations for my hair. She is the only one I ever let cut my hair. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE! KATRINA IS THE BEST!!! more

My mom, daughter and I have been coming to Amanda for 3 years now and can't imagine going to anyone else. She is always professional and friendly. We always leave smiling. She is fantastic with my daughter who is nine and when our baby is ready her first haircut will be with Amanda. Laura more

Spa bleu is never a disappointment. My hair cut and style was great and I felt super hot leaving the spa. Only wish the hair wash would've been a little longer and more thorough. I'll definitely be back more
