Terrible Massage 11/6/2011

I received a one hour massage and was sorely disappointed. I usually rave about Spa Bleu's massages but this one left me very unsatisfied. I told the massage therapist i enjoyed a very firm massage and for the first 15 minutes i barely felt anything. Then i asked her to please be a little firmer and then she proceeded to use mostly her fingers for strength, which resulted in just pinching my sore muscles. Overall, very, very disappointed having paid so much. more

Great Service and Atmosphere 11/3/2011

I love Aveda products and was super happy when I found this salon. The Atmosphere is cozy/comfy, everyone has a smile and is very accommodating. I have had a wide range of services and they were all pretty amazing, if I did have a bad experience (which has only been once in several years) they are MORE than willing to right the wrong and make sure you are a happy client! I recommend Spa Bleu to everyone that is new to the area. more

After trying some of the other upscale salons in the area, I was so happy to find Spa Bleu. Their staff is attentive and professional, and you always feel at home. Sabrina is extremely talented - I have tried at least three different hairstyles (long and short) since coming to the salon, and she nails it every time! She always gives me exactly the look I was trying for. more

Great haircut and highlight, but incorrectlyl charged! 10/31/2011

I have been going to Spa Bleu for many years now. They have great service. Be sure to check your receipt before you leave though! I was scheduled for a full highlight and haircut but only received a partial hightlight for some reason. I was still charged for the full highlight and didn't realize it until the next day when I reviewed the bill. Spa Bleu is going to credit my account, but I would be out $25.00 had I not noticed! more

Fabulous Service, great ambience 10/28/2011

LOVE my hairstylist Amanda. She listens to what I want my hair to do and does it. I love how she starts with a relaxing head massage that hits the spot. However, I wish the music in the "salon" was more like jazz not rock/pop. I have also had pedicures and a facial. ALL the staff including those that greet you are very friendly and accomodating. Also love the use of Aveda products and the fact that the smells are pleasant and not noxious!! more

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Bleu this evening. Each person I encountered was friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I've been a client at this salon for almost a year and am so happy to support the local business as well as have quality service. The spa has a great points system to reward repeat clients which works as a great incentive for me the client as well as the Spa. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! more

I love spa blue, totally enjoyed my massage, it was great. Didn't like the hard sell of products. I don't mind product suggestions, however, when I go up to the counter to check out and all 4 products are lined up. If I was interested in the products presented I would have said so, approach was too pushy. My gift certificate was written "1 hour massage & 1 spa pedicure" but the girl at the counter said the total was for $85.00, waiting for credit card statement to see if that was accurate. more
