Review content:
I was hesitant to try acrylic nails since I probably haven't tried them in 20 years. Obviously the application methods have changed since then & Nina took the time to walk me thru the process to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. By the time I had the nails applied & a pedi, it felt like Nina & I were old friends. I even booked my next two appointments before leaving - which is something I never do! Nina is so friendly and made everything wonderful! She truly wanted to make sure I was happy!! I complained previously about a massage I had awhile ago & want to make sure I compliment when something extraordinarily wonderful happens! (I did get a discount on my next massage so I know customer service is important to the manager!)
