Mario did an excellent job. He took the time to explain what was serviced. We look forward to him coming back to perform the "fall" service check.

Excellent service! 1/27/2017

I already posted one on FaceBook but here you go! My Water Furnace began to shut down showing a 'water flow' fault. After trying to reset it twice, I called Southwest around 10:30. In less than an hour Orlando, the service tech, was on scene and checking things out. He determined the problem was that both of my water circulation pumps were malfunctioning. It was too late at night to do the repair so my wife and I spent a VERY cold night (so cold the water in the house froze). Early the next morning Russel and Orlando were out and in a matter of hours the HVACC was working better (and quieter) than it had in decades! Price was high but much better than being cold. So five stars for the quickness of the response; the friendly professionalism of the repairmen and the quality of the work done. I would recommend Southwest to my friends and kin (and have done so repeatedly over the last three decades I've had the Water Furnace). more

They have been out 2x. 1st man very professional & professional. 2nd visit it was 2 young men. Very courteous & professional. Both times they had to fix something & they were very quick about it. We have been dealing with them?since the early 2000 & have always been satisfied. more

unit replacement 1/18/2017

We had another company recommend replacing the entire unit. Had several companies give an estimate. Southwest sent technician to give a second opinion. He identified the problem and explained the options. Decided to replace the entire unit. The technicians are experienced, very professional, friendly and answer any questions. Did work in a timely manner, cleaned up area. They make you feel like you are a valued customer. more

Highly recommend Southwest 1/14/2017

We have lived in our home from the 60's for three years and although the thermostat was updated, the entire system had not. Our electric bill was higher than we wanted to afford on a limited income. Southwest installed our entire system in 2 days, was timely, professional, and clean. The crew and our contact, Jerry, were very professional, kind, and helpful in delivering and explaining about the new energy efficient system. We highly recommend them. more

Best service 1/12/2017

I called southwest air conditioning and heating to have my heater fixed and they were by far the best company I've dealt with. From the initial call to request service to job completion, I was treated with respect. The technicians that diagnosed the heater kept me in the loop of how the system should operate and what the problem was. It was a simple fix to solve the heating problem but their honesty and quick diagnosis gave me confidence that I chose the correct company to resolve the faulty heater. I now have a "go to" company for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. I highly recommend this company! Heating service and replacement 1/2/2017

We had another company come out first and were extremely unimpressed with their service. They recommended replacing the entire unit but the unprofessional of the technician led us to get a second opinion. Southwest came to the same conclusion, we needed to replace our entire unit, but because of the professionalism and thoroughness of the technicians we felt much better about the decision. The work was completed in a timely manner and everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. Service ten replacement 1/2/2017

Southwest installed the original unit when our house was built. We have had to have service 4 times over the years, 3 of them on weekends and they were always available. Recently had the system replaced. Southwest employees were always knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They completed the replacement ahead of schedule and it has worked great. Heating & Air Conditioning 12/28/2016

I've used Southwest for several years and have always had the best service and the best techs. It was freezing weather, my heater quit, called Southwest and a tech was out at my house within 30 minutes. I also replaced my entire heating & a/c and Southwest techs could not have been nicer, very knowledgeable and clean. Quick and friendly 12/14/2016

We've had Southwest a/c out to our house twice this year. Both times the were able to schedule a time quickly, diagnose and fix the problem in just a couple hours. To keep your warranty in toe you will need to join our Southwest Air Care program which is only $20 per month and it gives you 2 maintenance's check out per year along with a free filter that is required by the Parts and Labor provider to keep your program in full operation When we send in a warranty claim they may ask to see the maintenance on the equipment and if it is not there they can deny the claim. I've been using them for a couple of years or maybe longer now and they have always done a good job. They show up on time, they are professional and friendly and they call to let you know that they are on heir way so that you can be ready.
