Review content:
I called southwest air conditioning and heating to have my heater fixed and they were by far the best company I've dealt with. From the initial call to request service to job completion, I was treated with respect. The technicians that diagnosed the heater kept me in the loop of how the system should operate and what the problem was. It was a simple fix to solve the heating problem but their honesty and quick diagnosis gave me confidence that I chose the correct company to resolve the faulty heater. I now have a "go to" company for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. I highly recommend this company!

We are so proud of Orlando and the work he does, he was trained to do just what you said, explain the problem and get your ok for repairs before work is done if it is going to cost any extra over the diagnostic charge
Thankful he could do it with just the diagnostic fee only and it did not turn into something worse
