We've had Southwest a/c out to our house twice this year. Both times the were able to schedule a time quickly, diagnose and fix the problem in just a couple hours.

James we appreciate your business, we have changed all of your warranties over into your name. To keep your warranty in toe you will need to join our Southwest Air Care program which is only $20 per month and it gives you 2 maintenance's check out per year along with a free filter that is required by the Parts and Labor provider to keep your program in full operation
When we send in a warranty claim they may ask to see the maintenance on the equipment and if it is not there they can deny the claim. Just call the office and join our club today
