Professional, efficient and very good personal approach and personality

Comfortable, Caring Experience 7/14/2011

I was greeted by all with courtesy and a smile. The offices were pleasant and welcoming. I was referred by my general dentist who assured I would be well cared for and a reasonable cost and I was. Thankfully, the Dr determined that I did not have a root canal problem, but a bite problem was causing my pain. He prompty corrected it and care me instructions for self care at home. In just a few days, the pain is gone and I will follow through with my dentist as he suggested. A very good experience and if I need such services again, would certainly return. more

John Smith was amazing. I think I had a little scratch on my tongue from the drill but felt nothing during the retreatment nor the recovery. I did not have to take any pain meds at all. My procedure was on Thursday a.m. and by Saturday I was able to eat normally. Its Tuesday now and though I have the sensation that something was done in that area of my mouth, there is no discomfort at all. My tongue is just about all healed and I'm happy with the results. I will recommend your practice with enthusiasm. Thank you. more

Sorry for the delay in my response! I was extremely happy with your work.I was made to feel very welcome and cared for.Everyone in the office was so so welcoming and caring. I experienced no pain and the treatment was so professional.The Dr.was wonderful! So happy! Did not need any of the pain pills only the pills in the care package were sufficient! Thank you so much! My root canal was a BREEZE! 6/22/2011

Staff is terrific - organized, highly professional, and pleasant to be around. Dr. Burros made the process of having my root canal a total breeze. I felt at ease, confident, and prepared. The actual procedure was not at all painful as I thought it would be. Thank you all! more

Excellent care! 6/21/2011

I never fill these out. However, my experience at SA Endodontics was amazing. Dealing with a badly infected tooth, Dr. Shroyer took the time and had the patience to make sure everything went smoothly. Very kind and informative. I would highly recommend SA Endodontics to anyone. :) more

Can going to the endodontist be a good experience ? 6/12/2011

My experience with S.A.E. was an excellent one. Each person acted cheerfully and professionally. Dr. Smith treated me with respect, assurance and confidence, therefore I felt confident. I had no discomfort at all and have not had any since. Dr. Smith's assistant was professional and compassionate, which I greatly appreciated. more

Staff and doctor were all very professional, and very nice. The office waiting area is very clean and neat, and offers great amenities! The doctor was thorough, explained everything I needed to know in a clear manner. I did not feel rushed. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff! more

Root Canal Review 6/8/2011

My experience was absolutely fantastic! Had three root canals done in one sitting! Pain was less than a cleaning, in fact I started to doze off during the third one. I can't say enough good things about Southern Arizona Endodontics - especially Dr. Smith. No one has to be afraid to have a root canal done - it is absolutely PAINLESS!!!! Short notice visit after referral from my dentist, was seen evaluated and root canaled in two hours from start to finish. To say Dr Smith was a pro is an understatement. How they got me in was also awesome. Class outfit from reservations, to reception, to "chopping block." Recommend them to anyone. more

Emergency visit 6/7/2011

I needed an emergency root canal and was seen within hours of calling for an appointment. I was anxious when I arrived but was soon made to feel quite comfortable. All of the staff was warm, friendly, courteous as well as very competent. It turned out to be one of the most pleasant dental experiences I can remember. more

My experience with this office has always been more than just pleasant. Actually, I consider Southern Arizona Endodontics to be the happiest place on earth. The staff is very friendly, understanding that most of the patients are either unhappy or worried. I would recommend the services of the doctors and assistants at this facility to anyone who is interested in a professional and comfortable service. more
