I can't express what a great experience I had. I've never had teeth problems before and was very nervous to have a root canal. They made me feel very comfortable. There was no pain,and Dr Burros and assistant were amazing. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Everyone there was great.Thank you more

Who wants to have a root canal? I didn't know what I was getting myself into. But with high praise, I agreed to go ahead. Everything was attended to with my personal care in mind. They introduced themselves!, explained everything at least once. There was no pain! Follow up gone over completely. Very personable, caring staff. Helped me with the credit plan. I thought I was at Canyon Ranch! more

I was sent to SAE by my dentist who I saw yesterday and they were able to get me in today. I was very impressed with the office setting, the office staff and the Dr. I was treated with such kindness and had 2 root canals with no pain at all. This is the first day in 5 days I have been pain free! I will highly recommend SAE to everyone. Thank you! more

Dear SAE, Monday I had a root canal by Dr. Funk and his assistant. They were most compassionate, professional, and made me feel like I was important instead of just another patient. I would come back again without any anxiety of whether I would experience pain, anxiety, impatience or unprofessionalism. I'd be most happy to recommend SAE to anyone I come across who needs a root canal or endodontic work; and would personally recommend Dr. Funk and his assistant who especially was concerned about making her patients #1 in her service to them above everything else. I was most impressed and am quite thankful that I was referred there by Dr.Anthony Burrows at Desert Family Dentistry. Who is, by the way, my primary dentist and whom I appreciate and am thankful for his knowledge and compassion for his patients as well. I am so grateful to the Lord for giving all of us who have had "bad" experiences with our dental appointments from childhood, two very professional dentists and specialists in Tucson of whom I would not hesitate to recommend. The endodontist, John Smith, examined the area where my crown had broken of. He found the root canal to be okay and ready for my dentist to prepare for a new crown. I appreciated his courtesy and professionalism, as well as the helpful staff. more

The entire staff at Southern Arizona Endodontics ... from the warm and welcoming front desk ladies, to the specialists in the back ... are fabulous!!! One would not think it possible to actually enjoy a visit to the dentist ... think again. They are truly wonderful people, genuinely interested in the comfort and well-being of their patients. The office is beautiful. The staff that helped me were are all very friendly and nice. Turns out I didn't need a root canal today, and they told me so. It was so nice to not be pressured into a procedure that isn't currently necessary. I would highly recommend this office!! more

I'm not a fan of dentists in general (who is) but when you're in pain and the pain is worse than what you think the dental professionals are about to put you through then you have to bite the bullet; when the process is coupled with a good dose of anxiety then you have to just trust your instincts and move forward. I wouldn't recommend anyone to have a root canal just to experience the professionalism of Southern AZ Endodontics but I was fortunate to have a great team present to walk me through the process and were there to hold my hand. All I can say is job well done and a big thank-you for being there and putting up with my anxiety. I can wholeheartedly recommend the practice to anyone who has to go throughout this procedure. more

I personally will not go anywhere else for endodontist service. Dr J Smith has seen me on several occasions and i have the utmost trust and confidence in his knowledge and skills, not to mention a great bedside manner. All the staff is very professional. I have and will continue to recommend him and his office. more
