I've been to SAE a couple of times before. It is absolutely the best dental experience I've ever had. (I've been visiting dentists since 1963) I was happy to get a root canal from them. Completely PAINLESS!!! Great Staff. The Best! I recommend them. more

Excellent Experience and Great Practice 9/21/2011

My dentist sent me to SAE because a crown after a root canal was bothering me. I fully expected to have an underlying infection, but Dr. Shroyer performed several tests and modified the crown height. I am now pain free and it only cost the office visit co-pay. As a former medical field professional, it is wonderful to know this group puts the patient first and not money making procedures. I 100% recommend them and thank you again Dr. Shroyer for making me pain free. more

EXTRA SPECIAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL 9/21/2011

I have had two other root canals elsewhere so this was my third, but the first with Dr Burros. They were flexible in scheduling, cheerful in the reception area, and quick to recognize the serious nature of my problem. Treatment was very high tech, including almost instant computer scanned X-rays I was able to view. Since I have had this procedure before, I think I can say the skill of Dr Burros and his informative and friendly manner made the experience exceptional. more

Needed an emergency root canel and Dr Funk attended me. It was very painless and the staff was very friendly, It was a bit of a wait, but I was seen and taken care of, which I did appreciate very much. more

As far as root canals go, they are the best! 9/16/2011

They took great care of me, the doctor was quick and thorough. Offered pain management options and preventative measures so I am not back in there anytime soon for more root canals. :) more

My dental experience was excellent, pleasant and prompt. The staff was kind, caring and answered all of my questions. I called for an appointment late in the morning and was see by 1:30pm. I did not have a long wait and did not feel rushed by the dentist or staff. I highly recommend this office to anyone haveing dental work. more

Root canal 9/10/2011

The wait time was alittle long, but see how I was am emergency case seemed ok. They had a full array of drinksto choose from, magazines and books, and free wifi. Was a definite pleasure to have my operation done there looking forward to having more work done there. more

Great service 9/7/2011

All personnel were professional, competent and very friendly. The doctor was to the point and clearly and concisely explained to me my condition. Treatment was near painless. When the doctor gave me a shot to numb my mouth, the dental assistant gently rubbed my shoulder to distract me from the pain - an effective and soothing technique. more

Great Emergency Service 9/7/2011

I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was necessary because I was in a lot of pain. All office staff were very nice and helpful. The dentist, John Smith, was nice and professional. more

Always an excellent experience 9/7/2011

In the 20 or more years I have gone to Southern Arizona Endodontics I have never had a bad experience. How they make something as scary and potentially painful as dental surgery a positive experience I have no idea. Yesterday was no exception. After an evaluation from my own dentist I was seen immediately by SAE. My ascessed tooth had been quite painful for over two weeks. Dr. Shroyer and staff could not have been any better. Yes it was uncomfortable at times but then root canels are not something that one signs up for to have a good time. They were simply marvelous! Can't say enough about their caring attitudes. Your comfort is their primary concern and it shows. more

Dodged a bullet 9/1/2011

I was very happy with my experience. Upon consultation we found that I didn't need a root canal so I was relieved about that, but had a pleasant experience nonetheless. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The doctor was kind and explained treatment options in an easy to understand manner. more

Root Canal Treatment 8/13/2011

This was my best experience ever with root canals, and I have had several in the past. No pain during or after the procedure! Just a little over an hour for the entire procedure. Staff were compassionate, gentle, attentive. I would totally recommend Dr. John Smith and staff. Thanks so much. more

Absolutely pain free, plus free distractions! 8/10/2011

Root canals are among my least favorite things, but this one was a piece of cake. Very professional from initial paperwork, through reception, and in treatment. Distractions work great...thanks Brandy! Five hours ago and no discomfort and no medication (yet). Dr. Smith was very skilled and painless! more

A crisis (to me) averted and helped by Dr Smith and staff. 8/10/2011

I was a patient with no appointment and they took me in straight from my dentist office! The staff was kind, curteous & very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this office for any problems or issues that must be dealt with by Endodontics. I have been here twice now and if need be would return if necessary. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Smith :-) more

Totally Painless, Immediately Available 8/9/2011

When you are in pain, having to wait for care is terrible. So, having my dentist call to get me an appointment I was so happy to hear, "Go right over; they can take you now." The staff are kind, informative, patient and take great care to make you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. Dr. Funk was more than competent and took time to explain everything to both my husband and me. The staff reviewed the cost of care first, so I could make an informed decision before care began. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs care - even if it is not an emergency. more
