straight-forward and honest 8/1/2011

After dealing with a pushy sales person at the Nissan dealership down the street, I had no desire to talk to any salesperson ever again. I looked up some cars on my phone and found that South Bay Volkswagen carry many Jettas. We decided to at least check them out. We were greeted by Hani and what a great first impression. He was so straight-forward and honest. After about half an hour we all were cracking jokes and having fun. He thoroughly went over the car and gave us time to think without invading our space. Hani made us feel we got a great car for a great deal. What a nice guy. Our amazing experience continued in Mireya's finance office. What a pro she is. She made us feel so comfortable. We were laughing our way through the process. After signing all the papers we felt like she was our friend. Thanks Mireya! more

I did'nt buy my 2008 VW GTI from South Bay VW, but they have been servicing it for about a year now, I have gotten to know one of the service advisors there pretty well, his name is Cesar Arango and if you have any V-Dub needs he's the man to go see. I normally set up appointments for faster service, but I did have a emrgency situation with my car and had to have it checked out asap, I waited for only about an hour and they wrapped up the problem I was having with my car and along I went. The waiting area was nice had a tv, drinks (16oz. Pepsi's only .75 cents), magazines, and VW broshures. I had my Ipad with me and they do have wi-fi if you ask them for the password which was no problem and I just played a few games and returned emails. I have had several great visits there and thinking of taking my '05 Audi TT for normal service. Keep up the great work guys!!!!!! more

Valente was great 6/13/2011

My sales person, Valente was great. He took the time and explained the difference between buying and leasing. He was honest and easy to work with. Everyone was upbeat. The only thing was, we got got 2 set of keys but one actualy belonged to another vehicle. We called and they asked me to bring it and get a new set.Over all my experience with VW was awasome!!! more

SUPURB customer service! 6/1/2011

Volkswagen has been an absolute nightmare, but SBVW Service department, has given me hands down the absolute best. I've been in and out w a lemon that was sold to me in murrietta VW, which refused to deal w the issue, and Cesar from SBVW has been so helpful. First time I brought in the vehicle, he had a courtesy car ready, my 2yr old and I were in and out within 30 min. By the time we got home, he had a diagnose for the vehicle and provided a time frame for when the vehicle would be ready. Since then, we have been in 3 more times, all in less than 5 weeks and without appointment, and each and every time, I have received SUPURB customer service. Thank you Cesar! more

I'm very happy 5/31/2011

I recently brought my Jetta in for service. My service advisor was no longer there. I had a few problems in the past with some repairs and the quality of service. I was very surprised with the treatment I got from Cesar Arango! He was helpful with me and honest with the repairs. My car was ready when he promised, clean and I also received a courtesy call to follow up. I'm very happy with my new service writer. more

SBVW has a happy returning client! 5/27/2011

OMG! A lot has change since my last visit to SBVW. They have a new and improved area for service and the customer lounge is great with tv's and wifi! And to make it even better almost all service writers are new to me. After a brief introduction to all of them I picked the one I thought I could relate the most. I love my Tiguan and I would love for someone else to treat it with the same love that I have for it. Cesar had a lot knowledge about cars, when it came time for him to explain to me what need it to be done, he was awesome. No extra fees or added to the end. I was offered transportation and the car was ready on time. SBVW has a happy returning client! more

Thanks Cesar!!! 5/25/2011

Two months ago my GLI started to have some problems and this is my only car. I need my car to go to work and I was worried that if I took it into service I was going to be without a car. I took my car on an early Friday and spoke with Cesar, he took me right away. After 1/2 hr he offered my a looner, which was great because I needed to go to work, and he also told me that he was going to call me with the results. To my surprised 2hrs after I left SBVW, Cesar was calling me and explained everything that was needed it and the pricing. My car was in the shop for 3 days and I was able to keep the looner. I'm very happy that my car is running good now and that I was able to resume my daily life without any problems. Thanks Cesar! more

Very decent 5/24/2011

South Bay Volkswagen is a decent place. I took my car for service, prices were comparable and the customer service is great. My ticket writer Cesar, help me out a lot. I was offered a ride back to my home, my car was ready on time and Cesar made it easy and painless for me. more
