OMG! A lot has change since my last visit to SBVW. They have a new and improved area for service and the customer lounge is great with tv's and wifi! And to make it even better almost all service writers are new to me. After a brief introduction to all of them I picked the one I thought I could relate the most. I love my Tiguan and I would love for someone else to treat it with the same love that I have for it. Cesar had a lot knowledge about cars, when it came time for him to explain to me what need it to be done, he was awesome. No extra fees or added to the end. I was offered transportation and the car was ready on time. SBVW has a happy returning client!
