Two months ago my GLI started to have some problems and this is my only car. I need my car to go to work and I was worried that if I took it into service I was going to be without a car. I took my car on an early Friday and spoke with Cesar, he took me right away. After 1/2 hr he offered my a looner, which was great because I needed to go to work, and he also told me that he was going to call me with the results. To my surprised 2hrs after I left SBVW, Cesar was calling me and explained everything that was needed it and the pricing. My car was in the shop for 3 days and I was able to keep the looner. I'm very happy that my car is running good now and that I was able to resume my daily life without any problems. Thanks Cesar! more
