They were very accommodating and professional in their service, courteous and personable to talk to and overall I couldn't be happier. I love my new car! 4/10/2014

This is the third time I have gone to South Bay Volkswagen. I have always been happy with them in the past and that is why I continue to go back to them. The sales person was very informative and professional. The manager there is also very nice. They were able to get me the car I wanted at a good price. I love my new car! more

Experience was good 4/9/2014

I bought a car from South Bay Volkswagen where they gave me a good deal--the price was good. There was a small issue with the tires. I guess they were not balanced good so they work out within a month of buying the car. I went back to the service manager and explained what happened to him. He took care of me and replaced the tires. He was very courteous. Yousif Helo more

What can I say for my first time using South Bay Volkswagen? Well, they gave me what I wanted. This was my first time buying a car and they really helped me. The process was easy. I would recommend my seller. The staff were pretty nice, sincere and true. more

South Bay Volkswagen is the perfect place to get a car with no credit, but you should be sharp as to what you're choices are going to be. During the signing of my contract they agreed upon two things, and they really didn't fulfill my expectations. There were scratches I asked to be taken out, but that wasn't really taken care of. They also never told me the car's painting had been touched up. I found out when I found some tape on the headlamp. So those were two things that were not up to the standards I was expecting. I didn't realize the car had that history, and they could have told me about the touch up. They take care of you pretty good, but you just have to be aware when it comes to the contract. more

A terrific experience from top to bottom. No games, honest and straightforward pricing, and exceptional customer service. I worked with both Hani and Jesus during my purchase.\r \r Hani reached out to me immediately after I made an online inquiry about a vehicle in the Southbay inventory and he was an excellent communicator throughout the process. He made the final paperwork drill as painless and quick as possible and stayed late to help me with some of the technical aspects of the dashboard electronics. He's a class act all the way around.\r \r Jesus assisted me during the test drive and negotiation phase of the process. He was a fair and honest negotiator, for which I am deeply grateful. His calm demeanor and helpful attitude were a breath of fresh air. My pre-owned car buying experiences in the past have been nowhere near as pleasant as they were here; that's a direct testament to the professionalism of both Hani and Jesus.\r \r Bottom line: If you're in the market for a VW, then look no further than these guys. Thanks again to the entire team! more

South Bay Volkswagen is outstanding. We just bought a VW bug from them. The sales person was personable, knowledgeable and attentive. We noticed a piece of the car was missing and we were very satisfied with his response. He got it for us right away. It was a very pleasant experience. We are enjoying driving the car. more

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating but Gaston, our ""sales representative,"" was the real stand out. He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly without ever being pushy-which is usually my first complaint about dealerships. We gave them a bottom line and they pretty much met our request without hesitation or BS-so refreshing! From the first test drive to signing on the dotted line, Gaston and the rest of the staff at SBVW made my car buying experience stress-free and surprisingly fun. more

I basically phoned them on Sunday evening, picked up the car Monday night. Never seen the car until I picked up, no lies, no hidden fees, The sales manager, even told me the full price over the phone so I knew they are not playing any games. Salesperson knew about the cars well, went through the details of the car which I didnt know. This is very rare since a lot of salesmans out there know nothing about cars but how to slip-in extra stuff for money. I live in LA and had to drive down there just to find the right price, but I think it was worth it. more

Wow, what can I say? As soon as we got to the dealership Max greeted with a very warm friendly, non-threatening wave and smile. Never did we feel obligated, bothered, or pushed by his presence. Quite the contrary. He was very knowledgeable about his product. He was very straight forward with us, seemed very sincere, which is a plus for us, and was just over all, easy going. He made this whole car shopping experience such a treat. We could have chose to go anywhere, but because he is so great at what he does, and so personable why would you want to? He puts so much of his time, professionalism, heart, into what he does, you feel he is doing what he can, to give you a good deal. If that's not a good sales person, I don't what is. Thank you Max and your entire TEAM, for everything you have done. Oh, and he looks like Luis Miguel ;) more
