Overall I had a good experience. My only issue is that I made an appointment for an installation at 10am, and they didn't even start working on the car until 11. I was totally impressed with Brandon and Sean, who treated me with the utmost courtesy, respect, and concern for getting me the best product for the money I was eventually going to spend. I drive 45mins to have them do my audio work and wouldn't have it any other way! I had a problem with my radio and security remote. Ike had me in 2days after I called and was more then helpful even when traffic caused me to be late. I tell everyone that there is no where else to go if you want a quality sound system or alarm with service to back it up! My truck sounds amazing much better then many I have heard! I will be back for a new system in my upcoming car purchase for sure and also hope to support the store at their shows! more

Everything was just what I wanted. I did have to go back since my turn signals didn't work but they fixed them on the spot. The guys who did the work were very friendly and educated me on how to use the lights wired to my car. Good job! more

The team at Sound of Tri-State were very helpful. However If a customer wants to make a return the next day on an unopened radio and paid with cash the only refund allowed is store credit which I found very displeasing. There was nothing wrong with the radio but I was offered a better deal else where. All in all the service was good. more

My radio stopped working and I couldn't figure out why. I called the guys at the Kirkwood hwy location thinking it was gonna be difficult conversation but to my surprise it was not they had no problem setting me a appointment. They would have fixed it sooner but I turned it down to go get my beach on!!LOL them guys there are great, drove the car there then found out my girl locked the keys in the car. They helped her get in which they didn't have to all said and done the radio was blown so they put a new one in fast within an hour. The guys at the sound of tri state professionals I will go back anytime, great atmospherewhen you are there. more

I had a Jensen HD radio installed a year ago and now i had them upograde it to a XM radio. more

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the window tinting and the car audio I had installed. They even let me come into the shop to listen to the car audio when it was done. more

I called Sound of Tri-State to inquire about availability of home audio equipment (a specific product). Spoke with 'Sean" (Shawn?) who confirmed they had a unit in stock. I visited the store for the first time the next day; Sean's service was prompt and professional. I did not know this store existed until it was recommended to me by an audio repair shop. more

The price of the amp was just sort of thrown at me. I don't know where he was getting the numbers from. The guy that did the actual handy work was awesome and incredibly friendly. The guy behind the counter wasn't the most personable guy but one thing is for sure - the guys new their stuff. After spending half a grand on the business of "Sound of Tri-State" I asked hey could you also check out what is wrong with my head unit? And the answer I got was No. We don't have enough time. It was 4:30. That's the only reason I can't rate five stars. Clearly a 5 minute check couldn't hurt. I just supported your business with $500. We needed a replacement stereo for a 2001 Mercedes convertible. Kelley was very helpful in describing the various models available. Installation was a bit more complicated, definitely something we didn't want to do ourselves, but the team at Sound of Tri-State was professional and fast! more
