The price of the amp was just sort of thrown at me. I don't know where he was getting the numbers from. The guy that did the actual handy work was awesome and incredibly friendly. The guy behind the counter wasn't the most personable guy but one thing is for sure - the guys new their stuff. After spending half a grand on the business of "Sound of Tri-State" I asked hey could you also check out what is wrong with my head unit? And the answer I got was No. We don't have enough time. It was 4:30. That's the only reason I can't rate five stars. Clearly a 5 minute check couldn't hurt. I just supported your business with $500.

After comparing three different amps,we hope your decision to go with the one you liked the best was the right choice. Unfortunately, the day you were having this issue, our tech was leaving early so it's believed what you were being told is on that day it was not possible to look at your vehicle.
