HID Headlight repair 1/4/2012

I've used Sound of Tri-State in Dover DE several times the last couple of years to modify/repair my audio-navigation equipment, and upgrade to HID headlights. In all instances, I been impressed from the manager and his staff. Their customer service, and technical expertise helped me diagnose existing problems with my DVD player and bluetooth phone system. They also helped me choose the best lighting for my needs driving on the county roads early in the morning and late at night. When I had questions or wanted to change the systems out they were supremely helpful in modifying my equipment at a very modest price. The bottom line for them was customer satisfaction. more

Sounds of state help me with with picking the right remote starter. Also don't talk long at all to install an when one of my remotes got disable they fixed it with not problem more

Purchased remote start for Christmas gift 12/19/2011

Salesperson was very informative and polite. Since this was a gift certificate, don't know how the install will go. Happy to hear though that the product has a lifetime warranty and it's transferrable. more
