love this place...with rewards regular service is practically free and shuttle is great! No need for ride arrangements...one less burden for the busy...

First and foremost my car was not serviced at sound ford, they took it to Quick Lane without my consent. I was lucky enough to deal with a chauvinistic jerk who lacked the ability...

My vehicle was due for an oil change. Scheduling was easy and Randy was able to answer my question on another matter. The oil change and multi-point checkup did not take long so I was in and out without disruption of my day. more

Deanne Stinson (Assistant Service Manager) was very professional. Inside car was not vacuum cleaned due to broken vacuum cleaner ... should have a back-up one. more
