Friendly people. A little more knowledge would help though. Telling me I need to have my injectors pulled and cleaned because there is "probably gunk" on them is the reason or I need to have my transmission serviced because the fluid appears burnt. My gas milage has not decreased nor power from this V-6 and I had the transmission "flushed" not just drained only a couple months ago. My next will be to take my truck to a battery place and see If I need a new battery as this one "failed" the load test. As I drive down the road with the heater running , the lights on the wipers going and the radio blaring the ampmeter guage does not waiver or sink. I have no trouble starting it but because the truck is almost 4 , then the battery needs to be replaced. My first ranger had a battery replacement roughly 12 years after I bought it. My truck is under warranty, one I purchased as extra and I will continue to bring it in for servicing. I would recommend tho that if something needs repair that the customer be shown what or why it is needed other than being told. Most people will just trust the professional since cars are now like space ships but then you have people like me that need more than.....you really need this done or it will void your warranty...type appearance. Don't get me wrong, the staff were very nice but I'd like more visual than vocal. Helps me prioritize indicated needed repairs.
