love this place...with rewards regular service is practically free and shuttle is great! No need for ride arrangements...one less burden for the busy...

Worst

First and foremost my car was not serviced at sound ford, they took it to Quick Lane without my consent. I was lucky enough to deal with a chauvinistic jerk who lacked the ability...

Great work, not so great communication 3/9/2014

After a fender bender, Sound Collision did great work and restored my car to new. However, with one exception, there was NO communication of the status of my car from the shop. I had to call in and check. more

Every time I have gone in to get service, I have always been treated very nice. I also appreciate the fact that they always try to get the work done in a timely manner. I dealt with Chuck this time in the service dept and he was great. more

I feel more comfortable each time I bring my car in and working with your staff. As a single woman it's hard to know who you can trust with your car, but I have gained a respect for your service department. The reason for my last appointment was to have my battery checked and after doing an extensive check it turned out that the battery is good. I also had a free oil change coming, so I left amazed knowing that I had a zero balance. more
