love this place...with rewards regular service is practically free and shuttle is great! No need for ride arrangements...one less burden for the busy...

Worst

First and foremost my car was not serviced at sound ford, they took it to Quick Lane without my consent. I was lucky enough to deal with a chauvinistic jerk who lacked the ability...

I searched around for the best price and Sound Ford made my experience outstanding. I bought a new car in under 2 hrs. Great customer service. Jake is the best. Will be going back again for my next car. more

tire fix 1/19/2014

I was losing air slowly in one tire. The service staff found a screw in the tire, removed it, and patched the tire, all in about 30 minutes. Great! more

Needed Oil Change - Got it no appointment 1/17/2014

Walked in asked if I could get an oil change 36 Minutes later I was driving out. Great guys to work with. Highly recommended more

I took my Fusion in for maintenance and to get a new key made. The time estimate was for about 90 minutes, but it was finished early. They did a great job in a timely manner. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. more
