love this place...with rewards regular service is practically free and shuttle is great! No need for ride arrangements...one less burden for the busy...

Worst

First and foremost my car was not serviced at sound ford, they took it to Quick Lane without my consent. I was lucky enough to deal with a chauvinistic jerk who lacked the ability...

I like the service for the most part. I only had issue with one of the service providers not looking up my owner rewards when I asked him to. It turned out that I had a free oil change on my account and then some. more

I bought Ford mustang v6 from Sound Ford. People I met there were Kieth and Ben. They are very friendly to talk to and put no pressure whatsoever including financing. Having visited in the peak season, I got just the amount of attention I wanted. Unlike many other Ford dealers I visited, they treated me quite well. more
