Given the good things I had heard about sit still, I was going to give them a try, until one of my patients mentioned that I may want to read some of the messages the owner has posted in reply to former customers on citysearch. I did, and WOW. Although I'm sure your crew is amazing based on the reviews, I feel that you may want to learn a bit about professionalism. Some of these poor customers are not even being disrespectful (for example, the customer who's hair was turned various colors twice until it was rectified on a third trip), and you attack her as if she was being unreasonable for getting her money back. Sir, do you not have respect for the fact that she wasted a lot of time coming back to your salon three times in order for her hair to look normal? Most people would not be as kind as she was in her review, and yet you post a very disrespectful and unnecessary comment back. I am glad that my patient pointed your behavior to me. I suggest that you remember the fact that attacking customers publicly is ALWAYS a bad choice. Those of us reading the reviews do not know how your customers acted at your salon. However, when we see your response, it lends a little more credibility to these poor customers complaints.
